I recently complained to Muffin Break H.O. about their stand-alone shop in Oakleigh Shopping Centre about not showing their prices on each item. Some weeks later, I found a notice board with prices that is hidden on the side of their stand, not on the shelf.
Is this legal? No one would think of walking around the counter to check.

You are right to be concerned. According to the ACCC, a price must be clearly displayed to all customers and not obscured, as Muffin Break has done.
Therefore, Muffin Break is violating the ACL.
I would encourage you to inform the ACCC of Muffin Break’s conduct in relation to their price display issues.
