Recently I booked and paid for a taxi via 13Cabs app. The first part of the journey taxi driver arrived no worries at all, the second part of the journey the taxi driver did not arrive, said the journey had been completed (before the actual pickup time) and took the money before I could stop the transaction. It wasn’t a large amount $22, but that is not the point. I raised the issue with 13Cabs and have not heard anything back except to say they received the information. Further investigation into this I cam across many ratings for 13Cabs that stated the exact same issue I had experienced. I have now lodged my concern with Safe Transport Victoria, but am yet to hear a reply.
