Sometimes the language used is quite confronting, it is moderated out as we do here. Before moderating it, the terms used would not be suitable for a younger audience to see.
As to mature/adult content 
I am pretty sure Telstra does not participate in offering that content particularly on the complaints/forum pages of their site
