Get a small food processor. I make cauliflower rice and freeze it. My only gripe is that i don’t like the taste of frozen veggies

Try dry frying the cauliflower rice in a frypan instead of reheating in a pot of boiling water or in a microwave if any of those 2 are your current practice. We find that it improves the flavour and is a much “drier” finish with a little more nutiness in the flavour.

I don’t cook in the microwave. Lived without one for a year and finally caved. Sore muscles demanded i get one.

I did a stir fry and added to soups. Just don’t like the flavor

No problem at all, it was just a suggestion in case you used the other methods, and yes the flavour is different but we as a family have become used to the taste difference and not everyone can so I do understand your problem.

Thank you, have tried dry frying and in soup. There is still an after taste.
