Can you give advice on what should do about a leaking ceiling in my unit. I have constantly told the manager about the leaking and the roofing contractor has been out to look in my apartment still leaking. The manager is quite unresponsive to my urgent request to get repairs. I am yet to contact fair trade but before i proceed i was wondering if any other members have good advice to resolve my issue.
