You’re not wrong there. I decided to give Coles online a trial this past week. Two items which I know are in stock in the store were not available via the online store. Whats the point, if you still have to go to the shop for items you need!!? ARGHHH!

I just looked at the “sneak peek” supermarket catalogues which commence tomorrow.
The IGA button on my Google Chrome homepage goes straight to our local Supa IGA store’s catalogue.
The Woolies button goes straight to their FNQ catalogue.
The Coles button goes to 4000 or some other BrisVegas postcode and I have to enter our postcode every time.
How hard can it be for Coles to either copy IGA and Woolies or to get their website to remember me.

Maybe it is because their web people read your posts on the Community?

Other websites that I regularly visit such as Dan Murphy, First Choice Liquor, and Bunnings have no such problem once I have selected my store.
Maybe you have somehow rejected the cookie that retains your locality setting?
