Self-inflating mattresses

My husband and I used one for 6 weeks in our late 50’s. It was some deluxe variety to keep me happy and we were camping. I found it fine. The pillows fall off in a tent but if you have a wall, I imagine it is fine. Just depends on what sort of a sleeper you are I suppose.

Used one for years in bushwalking. Would now recommend something like an Exped Synmat as much more comfortable for a given packed weight and size.
Or Downmat if it’s cold. These are insulated and structured versions of an air bed.

An unexpected version (at least for me). No idea if it is self inflating, but for residential use? (Costco ad - many online offers are not limited to members, and usually include delivery)

He didn’t know if power would be available, however it was.

Well he is very happy with the mattress.I will be joining him for the Easter long weekend, so I’ll be able to add my comments about the one we bought too!
