Hi I am having massive issues with my new sofa, it’s a leather sofa with a noticeable long mark on the chaise part……very long story short we were told by customer services who was very rude that I have no consumer rights, the cow had a scar, they will not replace or refund and get this “the issue starts and stops with me” how do I resolve this. This damn sofa has cost me a fortune and I’m going in circles
