2 decades ago as a major and critical infrastructure Telstra customer we needed some contractual updates and changes. The dedicated Telstra expert sales team started by asking us to provide a detailed list of all of the sites and services we had contracted already. Seems they may not have improved much in their ability to inventory themselves re their customers.
