But not as much as in Parliament House. 
To my simple mind, proof of service is dead simple. Provided the customer is of sound mind, have them sign a work order when the job is satisfactorily completed.

Yup ….. not exactly rocket science. I’ve lodged a complaint and will now sit back and see what happens.
I get really tired of issues like this which are so unnecessary and pointless. Complexity is so often thrown into the mix for no real gain or purpose.
