Optus deducting money months after account closed

Has anyone had problems closing Optus accounts and still being billed months afterwards? We cancelled our home fixed line + internet package with Optus in June this year after changing to another provider for NBN. Optus continued to bill us for the next two months, eventually refunding us and providing assurance that the account was now definitely closed and we would not be billed again.
