I am fighting Alinta about the Demand Charge when I re-signed there was no mention of the charge . I was going to move and Alinta gave me a better offer, I was suppose to be on Single Rate Tariff, from what I know after going to EWON(which is useless and I believe not independent by the way I have been treated) Alinta knew and was sent an Email-when I have re-signed before the implementation why would I believe this would apply to me. Because of EWON I have been trapped.
