Also a threat to consumers who have become accustomed to taking advantage of the new wave of services. The ones we didn’t know we needed to survive until! All delivered at below the real cost to the community and substandard conditions.
That some would prefer to ride a bike along dangerous streets for Uber Eats - than risk fresh air harvesting fruit and veg. Not the only challenge. The second also has issues following the work around vs jobs not coming to where there is surplus capacity.
Especially since a simple act of parliament can clarify - one way or the other.
