While this isn’t mis-selling to seniors, it is about Telstra downgrading some 9000 customers packages, on their Belong arm, without advising them. The ACCC has taken Telstra to Court over what has happened, we now have to await the decision. If it is an outcome against Telstra, does this bode ill for any other telcos who may have done similarly (TPG downgraded my NBN from 100/40 to 100/20 for the same price - Can they do this? - Electronics & Technology - Community (choice.community))?
