Why does the extraction method matter when considering the question of is it natural, especially if the method leaves no detectable trace? It may help if you say what your definition of “natural” is in regard to foodstuff or food additives.

The product is labelled and marketed as “ all natural”. It’s not a legally defined term. What does this mean to the reasonable consumer, not a food scientist ? Most likely no chemical additives, no artificial flavours or preservatives. My point is simply that some consumers may be surprised to find that GMO derived enzymes used to produce ingredients in “all natural” products.
