Aldi Special Buys called out as illegal bait advertising

The Aldi one is only 4GB/64GB. Reports on 4GB RAM models is mixed. Okay for light work. Compromised for those expecting more.

Lenovo also doesn’t have 4GB/64GB model available through their website anymore. The 4GB/64GB being sold might be the end for this spec, which might indicate it hasn’t been a good seller.

A good pick up. I was wondering about the specs, noting the other retailers were offering a 128GB model on sale.

The less demanding users I know have long relied (budget conscious less youthful Aussies) on such deals as Aldi offer. For their basic user browsing or connecting and email - the lesser performance may not be a concern. I’m often surprised by how well some make do with the less capable of devices.

Better spec models are available from Lenovo and major electronic retailers. As I only wanted the unit as a minor backup and occasional news and ebook reader, I got a good deal on Lenovo 9 tablet. It seems to work well for my purposes.
