“Nicole” from the NBN, rang me 4 times in one day to alert me to the possibility of the landline and internet being disconnected!

I asked to speak to Nicole the other day. I was really polite and waited on for quite a while but they hung up on me all the same. I was distraught! I don’t think they are very nice people. Maybe next time.

Sadly, they still come on landline number. I can see the number that’s calling so if I don’t recognise it I don’t answer and they never leave a message.
