Last week I ordered an IATA approved pet carrier online from My Pet Warehouse for $79.99 so that my wife can bring our new puppy home with her.
It arrived without the front door and she called the supplier who, as well as apologising and immediately shipping the missing part, said they would reduce the price to $40.00 and refund the remainder of the purchase price.
I received an email from PayPal yesterday informing me that they had refunded $39.99 to my credit card.
How good is that for customer service? Not just fixing an error but generously compensating the customer for any inconvenience caused.
What a shame there are not lots of other businesses like them around.
