A few days ago I wanted to access information on the PayPal website.
It was cluttered with frequently asked questions, and chat offers so much so that after a long search for Contact us, or Dispute resolution I gave up the hope to ever get the information.
At this point I contacted CHOICE, and I was referred to this community.
The problems with the PayPal website is much more general. I have visual disability and find that even services - eg libraries - which are funded to help people who are blind or visually impaired provide information which is unaccessible for people with good vision, let alone the visually compromised web users.
