The 33cm is my workhorse! I use it pretty much every day.

I bought one of the Victoria woks late last year. It came pretty well pre-seasoned, but this has gotten better with use. They are still somewhat moisture sensitive but I just give mine either a wipe-down when nearly cool (if no sauce) , or a quick soap-free rub with water and then a wipe with an oily paper towel and a quick heat.
Currently it is quite non-stick.
Using it I get it really hot before use, and then turn the gas off a minute or so before cooking is complete. This seems to work well.
