One thing I have noticed is just how many persons appear in the end credits.
Whilst Adam Liaw and Annabel Langbeim have a modest number in their Australian and NZ produced shows, the likes of Pati’s Mexican table and Lidia’s Italy which are produced in the US have enough cast and crew to rival the remake of Ben Hur.
