I have had this scam before. Bought a printer and installed it, then the install invited me to register for support and updates. Ten minutes after this a supposed technical person from supposed Microsoft virus detection team was calling me asking for details off my computer so the virus could me removed. Told caller to get lost. Since then I always use a secondary email and a dud phone number to stop this activity.

The Tom Tom website provides information on how to get their contact informationā¦
It appears that they donāt promote phone numbers on their website, and contact details are only available after one logs into their Tom Tom account.
There are phone numbers online, but these appear to be for their headoffice in the Netherlands rather than a local support phone number.
