What are the defects?
The pram bumper bar may be missing a plastic cap in the hinge, exposing a small hole when the bumper is hinged back.
What are the hazards?
If the cap is missing and the bumper bar is hinged back, a child may put their fingers in the exposed hole, posing an entrapment hazard and injury to the child.
