It’s not that easy. E.g. If you pay it online through your bank - sometimes the bank does not send the money quickly to Telstra - and the due date is missed - let’s say by a day or two.
Agree. They are just there to make money - customers do not matter.
I want to leave Telstra as well. The staff just do not care.
I don’t trust them - I would worry they are taking out more money then they should.
You are correct. I believe the poor customer service will cause Telstra to close down or at least become a non-major player in the industry in the long term. Customers will have the final say.
