Telstra Non-service

@Khary, great to hear this was sorted out finally. Thanks for keeping us updated too, I’m sure others will find it useful reading.

The Non service from Telstra has been happening since the 3rd of Jan 2018 and still not fixed and the story is much the same with many houses across the Gold Coast out. After 12 days they gave me a USB toggle connection which gets topped up for free but no solution to the now 14 day outage. Rang Ombudsman early and they said they give 23 days for the ISP to remedy the situation (handy) as they don’t consider it an Essential Service…HMMM. I will be contacting the Minister as I hope others will to point out this is an essential service.
