Telstra Billing hits again

I am still waiting for my $250 from Telstra. They have given me excuse after excuse. It was again meant to be in my account on Friday and wasn’t. It’s now been escalated again and I have my own case manager with the TIO and they have to report to him and me from here on in. It really is at the absolutely ridiculous stage when all they had to do was transfer the money back into my account! This is the biggest load of garbage I’ve ever seen. At least now the case manager we have with Telstra is Australian because it’s gotten that far but it’s actually costing Telstra now more money not transfer my money (from what I understand after googling about the TIO) than it does to just transfer it! What is their problem?
