has anyone experience with Phoenix health fund?
also - to Choice - why do you have their complaints as high when the privatehealth.gov.au site says ombudsman reports 0.6% investigations and 0.3% all complaints

Thanks for the comment @which. In answer to your question, we take into account the size of the fund when reviewing health insurance complaints rating.

yes that’s important.but still, can you check again if it needs correcting. because the AMA 2018 report on private health insurance table 10 reports below market share for complaints for phoenix. i have no vested interest in this fund - i am just doing my research to choose a fund for myself
