CHOICE is looking into the issue of customer service wait times at the hands of Australia’s telecommunications providers, such as Telstra, Optus, etc. Few customers would have avoided the runaround when trying to contact a telco to get a problem fixed. We’re wondering how long that runaround lasted and how many steps it took to get the issue resolved in specific cases, and we’re interested in your stories.
