What are the defects?

The product does not comply with the requirements of the mandatory standard ‘Consumer Protection Notice No. 14 of 2003 — Consumer Product Safety Standard: Toys for children up to an including 36 months of age’.

The squeaker may detach from the toy. The size of the small crocodile heads is smaller than permitted dimensions.

What are the hazards?

The squeaker may pose a choking or suffocation hazard for young children.

The heads on the small crocodiles may become lodged in a young child’s throat and pose a choking or suffocation hazard.

What should consumers do?
