Totally agree with the Airline ‘Advocacy’ award. Clearly just a mouthpiece for the airlines, and doesnt represent consumers at all.
Time for an independent Ombudsman and/or govt legislation. Though likely need a change in govt, as airlines like Qantas seem to have this govt in their pockets.
