Beware of a company trading as ancon developments in Sydney’s western suburbs . They will promise the world, even putting their worthless signature to a legally binding contract that they will later ignore. Delivering appalling customer service and delivering a non compliant product that does not comply to the building code they laughably claim to work to. Ignoring emails whilst morally & legally not keeping their word. Multiple backflips on promises too makes these trade coordinators the worst people in the building industry I’ve ever had to endure, considering I’ve got nearly a quarter of a century in the building game, that’s quite a strong statement. To the fine people at choice, please let me know if this is in fact a nomination for a shonky.
