As good as a reversal of supermarket mania for ‘self-serve’ - which requires one staff member trotting from one checkout to the next to fix customer problems.
The RACV has gone missing and ignored a web form enquiry, and going through their FB media resulted in being ignored again.
RACV are apparently not interested in answering regardless that I was transparent on why I was asking, eg this forum, or perhaps because of it?
Considering the benefits of RACV membership and how responsive RACV has been for what should have been a simple question, I may be researching other options for breakdown service come renewal time.
Not impressed, RACV.
