I nominate Rocket Commerce who advertise various plastic gadgets on Instagram and Facebook as shonky because although their products look good, they seldom deliver. Yes they’ll take your money but if you look at customer comments on their website, most customers, including me, are still waiting for delivery. In other words this looks very like a scam.

I could not authoritatively identify the site you reference. There are numerous hits on the name. Would you post the URL? Is it one that @Fred123 posted? rocketcommerce.co does not respond via trustpilot, or directly.
Assuming you paid by credit card you might consider contacting your card issuer for a charge-back for non-delivery of merchandise. If you need additional information on the process you can google the net, or your card T&C document will show how you can lodge a ‘dispute’ (aka charge back). It is time limited to (usually) 60 or 90 days from the original charge. If you were able to use paypal, open a dispute through them.

and their website is in Portuguese…hosted in Chicago…which means they are definitely foreign and could be anywhere where Portuguese is spoken (Brazil, Mozambique, Angola, Portugal, Guinea-Bissau, East Timor, Equatorial Guinea, Macau, Cape Verde, and São Tomé and Príncipe). None of these really inspire any confidence.
If they are foreign and say a legimate and trustworthy business, if one has ordered from one of the above countries an item for delivery (with maybe the exception of Portugal or East Timor), the parcel could take a very long time. This is especially the case if it is land and sea shipped…it could take many months…even worse with COVID-19 pandemic.
I agree with @PhilT about exploring the chargeback on the credit card…if you paid by credit card, but whether it is successful or not may be another matter.
If you paid by other means…EFT, Western Union, Gift Cards etc…and they are dodgy (noting that such payment methods are high risk and often used by scammers) then it is unlikely you will be able to recover your monies.
Edit: looking at currency used on the website, it appears it could be based in Brasil. The website is also https/encrypted for secure transactions.

Thanks that’s useful information. I have also spoken to the credit card company and they are investigating and have cancelled my card in the meantime in case Rocket Commerce decide to use it without my authorisation
