What are the defects?
Due to a manufacturing defect, the handlebars may break.
What are the hazards?
If the handlebars break while the bicycle is being ridden, the rider may lose control of the bicycle, increasing the risk of an accident or injury.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should return the bicycle to the place of purchase to have the handlebar replaced, free of charge.
