I was amazed that the USA was listed at 43 and the UK was listed at 23. I would have expected the USA to be at 1.

What is interesting is…"The lowest rates of all diet-related deaths among adults (aged 25 years or older) were observed in high-income Asia Pacific (97 [89–106] deaths per 100 000 population) and the lowest rates of all diet-related DALYs were observed in Australasia (2182 [1955–2444] DALYs per 100 000 population)."
