Yet proven that it does not have a field replaceable bulb…

For the purposes of assisting @lazydaisy I trust this discussion has come full circle. The choice is to replace the light with a like light where she will need to seek warranty cover or worst case buy the entire package w/bracket, or replace the light with another brand and model.

@lazydaisy, please let us know if you get a warranty replacement for your light.

If they decline and you need to ‘go formal’ and are unsure of the process the ACCC link @grahroll included is the ‘top level’ to begin, and you can search the forum for ‘Australian consumer law’ and ‘letter of complaint’ where you will get many hits, that include links to Choice and ACCC pages, as well as tools and advice on the process as well as your rights.
