I don’t have the problem, but it would seem (after consulting with the PO) using the PO box and PO address of the form common for flats and units would work a charm.
eg. 135/11 Postalservice Blvd for PO box 135 at 11 Postalservice Blvd.
Not being a postie it makes perfect sense to me.
