Plastic free July kicked off today. I find it ‘amusing’ as all stores still sell everything wrapped up in plastic, plastic cutlery and drink bottles are still on the shelves, as well as plastic bags.
All take out shops still serve everything in plastic containers.
Not really plastic free if plastic is being forced on us by everyone. At least farmers markets are plastic free.
They should have announced plastic bad from 1st January 2020 and made it plastic free January…
