Just from internet images, Dettol are using the same type of bottle top.

Think many are - we have two under the sink at present “nearly” empty. Going to jam a spike in them & empty to a multi-spray bottle from Bunnings; & on that note - my next “spray & wipe” buy will be a 5LTR concentrate from Bunnings. See Facebook or Youtube for a lifehack - apparently makes up about $2k+ worth of off the shelf.

They aren’t the only ones…it is worth looking at the supermarket shelves as a significant proportion are now single use/pop type fitting.
Sounds like you need an engineering degree to get it off.
