Saw this and wondered if you only get 20 Winks?
Any ad with Gerry Harvey in it is a mistake!
Following their initial ads on SBS TV featuring Australian actor Ray Meagher, GoDaddy seems to be losing the plot with their current constant ads on SBS TV.
The visual states that for more details, go to “godaddy.com.au” but the voice-over states to go to “godaddy.com/au”.
Typing "godaddy.com.au’ results in an URL of “https://au.godaddy.com” being displayed but typing “godaddy.com/au” results in “Dang. No page found. Sorry about that, let’s keep you moving” being displayed???
And a sample of what punters can create with GoDaddy’s software in the TV ad illustrates a sample slogan sign “We Are The Quality Used 4WD Specialists” with an image of a Jeep???
Apologies for no photo.
Today in Coles sweet potatoes were on sale for $2.50 a kilo.
There were 1.5 kg bags of ‘imperfect’ sweet potatoes. The price tag on the shelf was $2.50 per 2kg bag, unit pricing on the same tag was $1.25 per kilo. No 2kg bags to be seen.
I did not check whether they rang at $2.50 as tagged on the shelf or $1.88 at the unit pricing. No relevant staff about so I kept walking.
When I first read it, I thought it was “Love is (a) Binlid”. Maybe this could be seen as true in some circumstances if the trash is got rid of…it could be a deliberate mistake to get around this trademark…
Sounds like her indoors… if it hasn’t been used in a year; get rid of it. She loves it when I agree to this and divest.
If you duck into your local supermarket and take a look at the Nutri-Grain bars, one particular sized box, the ten pack, has a pretty good typo on one side of the packaging, but not on the other. It’s been this way for a number of years now, and even after bringing it to their attention a few times, they just don’t care.
According to one dictionary:
Marked by extreme comfort and style, despite the inadequacies and ineptitude of the creator.
I think that the second part of the definition
definitely applies here.
