Hi I recently renewed my car insurance with the WA RAC saving $100 for applying online. I waited for my certificate of insurance and my conditions handbook but none came. I rang The RAC and told them I had not got my Documentation, they told me because I had ticked contact by email all documentation was sent by email. When I recieved my policy by post I found the unlimited glass replacement had an excess attached of $100 for each claim I asked if it could be removed but was told that it was part of the policy terms. My advice is to obtain the policy document as soon as possible or check all the conditions that are being offered on the online site before you purchase.
