I have moved your post into this already existing topic on the issue. The issue of Burn in certainly has been a long standing one going back to at least 2017 on this site.

It is great to hear of the successful outcome for you re your previous unit and Panasonic’s good response.

Our four year old Sony OLED TV recently prompted us to run a utility which ‘undoes screen burn’ or similar. We had not noticed any screen burn in the set, but let the utility run as a precaution.
