There is another absolutely disgraceful article on the ABC News website today regarding an elderly resident with dementia in a Melbourne nursing home being billed for an electricity bill for around $2,500 by some business called 1st Energy when the nursing home already includes her electricity needs in their charges.
It is well and truly time for Governments to start taking some real action against these sort of bottom feeding grubs.

I’m not sure I’d describe the ABC article as disgraceful, but the behaviour of 1st Energy certainly is!
