When you purchase this item it will break if droppedm they have put a hole for a safety bracelet to go around your wrist, but never surply a piece of rope or safety strap to go into the hole on the hand held hair remaval pad. Why i would say is because its surface is slippery and more sales.
They state dont drop it but not at the start of the direction or state on the package the item is fragile if dropped
