If you are a regular users of this product you may be shocked to find that the price has risen recently for the 500ml bottle from approximately $29 to $40.50!

That’s an amazing price jump. Have you looked at other products such as Selsun which is much cheaper?
If you need the Ionil T, have a look here - google search, you will find it might be better value for money to by the 200ml.

Many pharmacy websites give an indication that the 500mL may have been discontinued or no longer available.
Agree with @meltam that it may be best to shop around for the 200mL bottle.
Also check with your chemist next time you purchase to see if it is cheaper to purchase with a prescription. If it is, ask your health practitioner for a prescription when next at the doctors.

Thanks for feedback. The 200ml bottle is approx. $16. Which works out no cheaper then 500ml bottle. Seems an awfully high price rise in only a few weeks since I bought the last bottle. If only size now available is 200ml then it would not be cheaper to get prescription.

It is worth checking with the pharmacist as it may be covered by the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) for those who have prescriptions. If it is (fingers crossed), the 200mL should be then at a reduced/subsidised price.
