I’ve been using a KitchenAid Artisan KSM150 Stand Mixer for a few years now, “purchased” using FF points, and have been very happy with its performance for general mixing, bread dough kneading and reliability. Yes it is a bit noisy, as noted in the review, but not nearly as noisy as an older Kenwood we used for a little while before the KitchenAid… that sounded more like a large jet taking off!
