My most recent information (17 Dec) for Bali is that isolation for internationals has just increased from 7 to 10 days. Getting visas has also been made more difficult and expensive - no visas on arrival. Jokowi opened the border but his ministers want to keep their people safe. Their vaccination rate is lower than ours.

Still business visas only, as far as I can tell. It may change after March, as the MotoCross event in Lombok in March is promoted as domestic only. Omicron has just arrived in Bali, so now wait and see.
