Did you know that cot mattresses sold in Australia don’t need to meet basic safety standards? CHOICE is asking the safety regulator, the ACCC, to make the cot mattress firmness test mandatory. A mattress that’s too soft increases the risk of suffocation.
Signed it . I think any campaign that may rectify something that has been linked to SIDS is well worthwhile .
