On this day of recognition of the ‘social, economic, cultural and political’ contributions and achievements of women I’d like to mention in particular the Aussie consumer rights trailblazer and founder of the Australian Consumer Association: Ruby Hutchison.
I for one am grateful for her vision and dedication and feel she’d be proud of the development into Choice and subsequent Community for matching her aspirations, and continuing along the path she has traced not so long ago.
