Integrated compact fridge freezer, reasonable cost

Fisher Paykel make one RS6121 WLUK that costs $16,999!
How is that possible and is there an alternative?

If you are after an integrated fridge (so the door looks like a kitchen cabinet), maybe see a specialist kitchen company as I have seen standard fridges with a kitchen front panel to hide it in the kitchen. I suspect there will be considerations such as venting and how the panel is fixed to the original fridge door.

Check also if a fridge model as a fridge integration kit which can be bought as an optional extra. This is an example for Electrolux.

Would be far cheaper than buying a purpose made one.

Liebherr per @PhilT post following.

Out of the box:
If one is into bespoke and has cash to burn.
There are a number of producers of custom and commercial fridges. These range from built in to store counter and display units. They can custom make to any size shape, front paneling and capacity.

The cost will be more than enough to evoke awe or similar depending on the front panel materials. Glass fronts are expensive. The efficiency of the product may not be the best. A trade off for the heavy duty commercial grade refrigeration.

EG not a recommendation, just an example.

A walk in cool room, beer fridge, or tempered wine storage could be the bespoke addition to every homes butlers pantry!

Liebherr also has a range of integrated fridges. Not a recommendation, just for your radar in addition to the others mentioned. Integrated fridges look good but always perform due diligence on how well they work, a respected brand is one thing but even the best make some ordinary products.
